Today, we are going to talk about where we get our primary source of energy.
Did You Know that No Plants, Animals or Humans ever Digest their own food? That’s right we eat food, but we don’t digest our food. As a matter of fact the very same creatures that digest our food also break down the elements so that all plants, soils, rivers, lakes and oceans also get their energy, pH balance, and harmony. These microbes are the primary food digesters. They are commonly called soil-based microorganisms.
While most people will not consider that soils, rivers, lakes and oceans are living breathing organisms. They in fact are just like any animal or plant that has to have good energy poured into them, microbes to digest the organic and inorganic materials in them, so that the pH is balanced and it can breath too. Oh, yes bodies of water breathe too, and I am not taking about the plants in the water. No, the water out gases oxygen and carbon dioxide these are dissolved gases in the water itself.
But here is the point, we need soil-based microorganisms to digest our food in order to survive and be healthy.
Have you ever picked an apple or a cumber or grapes and noticed that there was a layer of white powdery stuff on the surface? You might know that when people make grapes wines they do not need to add yeast to the grapes in order to make wine. Why is that? Well that white powdery stuff that you most likely washed off was the yeast and fungus which acted as the immune system for the plant or fruit while it was alive. And when an animal ate it it provided the exact correct microbes and enzymes to digest that specific fruit or vegetable.
So, traditionally we got our soil-based microorganisms from the surface of our food. But today even with organic produce it is thoroughly washed away.
And of course the commercial fruits and vegetables are washed in anti-microbial soaps, dipped, soaked and washed in chlorine and other chemicals. And some items like apples, cucumbers, pears, and plums are dipped and coated with fungicide waxes.
Do you think that some of this fungicide and herbicides on the fruits and vegetables can kill off some your bacteria in you gut? You can count on it! And what about the anti-biotic that one has to consume because one is sick with a bacteria infection, will that kill you gut fluora? You can count on that one too!
In the case of humans we eat sugars, starches, fats, proteins, some alcohol, which now require a very large variety of microorganisms to work together to broken down the various foods into various other compounds and elements and these compounds and element will again require many more different kinds of microorganisms to further break to food down so that we can have energy to work, energy to make new cells, balance the body pH, regulate the thickness of the blood and thousands more body requirements like breathing, processing waste….etc. every thing a body does need energy to function.
So, honestly. Do you really believe at a single family of microbes called the lactobacillus bacteria can do it all? Of course not!
Probiotics that are usually available to the American public have come to be reduced down to one family call lactobacillus bacteria with a few different species of lactobacillus. Unfortunately, Mother Nature didn’t design our digestion that way, rather it was design with the typical full-ray of soil-based microorganisms, and so that is what we need.
Welcome to America with no labeling laws for Genetically Engineered anything! No labels for the fruits and vegetables and no labels for probiotics either! Oh, you didn’t thing they Genetically Engineered microbes? They have been doing this for years. Love to drink beer? Well come to Genetically Engineered yeast. No label required.
Want a good probiotic? Well try to guess which brand is the old traditional lactobacillus and which brand is a Genetically Engineered Organism!
Well, don’t despair, I have a produced a product called Inner Garden™ , you know the garden that is in your gut.
Well Inner Garden™ is a multi-family, multi-specie probiotic, and it most definitely do not contain any wearied Genetically Engineered stuff.
The Inner Garden™ consists of naturally occurring beneficial microorganisms that work together creating beneficial effects on every living organism. Many of these safe, helpful microorganisms are used in processing cheese, soy sauce, yogurt, and other familiar foods. Inner Garden™’ applications extend from human and animal digestion to making fertile soils, robust livestock, wonderful compost, pond cleanup, and even wastewater treatment.
